Synopsis
The impact and disruption that technology is having across the financial industry is well-documented with the media often focusing on the rise of innovative online retail banking service platforms and fintechs. However, less coverage is given to debt capital markets which are traditionally the domain of larger institutional players and have a huge part to play in the financial ecosystem.
In this presentation, Uzoma will give an overview of the corporate bond market and share his insight into areas in which technology is having the greatest impact. He will reflect on his over 20 years of corporate bond and derivatives trading experience in financial services, to discuss the ways in which technology is likely to shape the corporate bond market of the future.
