Synopsis
Join your peers to explore and share ideas about how to maintain the discipline of Service Management practices effectively, even when development projects and digital product transformations around you are achieving their progress using agile methodologies.
The SM-ITAM Specialist Group are facilitating this one hour virtual networking event as a lean coffee discussion. This means everyone participating gets the chance to propose agenda items and vote on which topics we discuss.
We will follow the Chatham House Rule and the session will NOT be recorded.
