Synopsis
In this interactive session James Lea will share his experiences and thoughts on how we can combine the best techniques from consulting and project management worlds, to benefit our teams and clients. By exploring a range of hard and soft skills and techniques from each discipline, James will show how we can reconcile the sometimes contrary mindsets to build anti-fragile consulting project teams that master uncertainty, get stronger through challenge and delight the client.

About the speaker
James Lea
James Lea is a consulting project and programme manager and a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM). He is a regular presenter to the APM, BCS, and data science communities, and has published a range of articles, including AI in project management, and keeping projects on track with data.
James firmly believes that in our professional endeavours there is always a better way. As consulting project leaders, we must inspire and challenge our teams to innovate and improve, to delight our clients and sponsors.
