Synopsis

Jonathan is an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) at Staffordshire University Business School. As part of a team of three EiRs, he is currently supporting and delivering a 10 week Small Business Leadership Programme (SBLP) with four cohorts between now and April 2021. The programme is a national initiative from the Small Business Charter and is aimed at helping small businesses during the pandemic. Prior to the SBLP, he was involved in two successful projects designed to help micro-businesses, "Survive and Thrive" and "Leading to Grow".

During his talk, he will share experiences of the SBLP programme so far with examples from the programme and invite branch members to register who meet the criteria.

The pandemic has seen a sea change in the use of technology, how we work and communicate. He will reflect on technology trends and how courses like SBLP can improve the health of small businesses post-COVID.
