Summary
This short round table event will focus on Enterprise Technical Debt where three very short contextual presentations will be provided followed by a discussion on some of the key issues, lessons learned or best practice from the participants.
Questions will be compiled throughout and will be addressed time permitting.
We appreciate in the current climate people do not wish to spend hours in virtual unstructured meetings. Hence, this session will be followed by the production of a short paper which will be available to attendees after the event.
Synopsis
Technical debt can refer to the future downstream cost associated with the creation, maintenance, upgrade or switching of a current or incomplete system where unknown issues, incomplete capabilities can provide ongoing costs which needs to be provisioned for at some point in time. The roundtable will discuss possible strategies for identifying and managing technical debt.
