Synopsis

COVID-19 has underlined the importance of access to and comfort with technology. Dave Donaghy CEng MBCS FRSA argues that addressing this means thinking of both digital poverty and digital capital, and explores the relationship between existing and potential stakeholders.

Dave Donaghy CEng MBCS FRSA

Dave Donaghy is a software engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Bristol, a member of Council of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and a trustee of the League of Friends of the Royal United Hospitals in Bath.
