Synopsis
An online study group meeting the morning after the Court of Justice of the European Union's Schrems II decision.
Whether the judgement has been released in full or not by the morning, we'll be looking at the background, available documentation and discussing what businesses need to do to prepare for a possible disruption to transatlantic data flows and Standard Contractual Clauses.
There will be no lead speaker, but background reading a must.
