Despite the perception in the market that vendors are not auditing as frequently as they once were, many organisations still do not have a clear audit defence strategy or process to follow, and end up getting themselves in a real tangle when the vendors come calling. At this event, we will start with a roundtable session to discuss audit defence experiences in small groups to put together an audit defence process. In the second session, Barry will present his version of an audit defence process, drawing on contributions from the roundtable groups.
