Julian Burnett
Julian is a digital, technology and business transformation leader ranked in the CIO Top 40 in 2018 and has executive and C-level experience across retail, consumer products and supply chain industries. As VP, Global Markets - Distribution, he leads IBM's business in the UK covering these market sectors.

Julian has held CTO, CIO and Supply Chain leadership positions at Sainsbury's, John Lewis and House of Fraser, where in each he designed and led large scale digital and technology enabled business transformation initiatives. Julian sits on the GS1 Apparel Board, is an Advisor to Retail Week Tech, an international conference on digitally enabled commerce, and advises and campaigns with Business Disability International upon the role of technology in enhancing the opportunities and experiences of disabled customers and colleagues in the work place.

Before holding senior roles in industry, Julian held consultancy leadership roles at both CapGemini and CSC where he focused on Business Transformation, Digital & Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. He is a trained coach and facilitator, with experience of coaching and mentoring senior business, technology and digital executives. He is a regular industry speaker and also guest lectures on Oxford Brookes University Executive MBA course, where he is also collaborating on a research based book project.

Eileen Brown
Eileen Brown has been working in the technology industry for over 25 years in technical support, consultancy, management, event organisation and technology leadership roles. She has worked with digital media, collaboration software, and social technologies since 2004. Eileen engages membership communities and improves digital relationships and outbound communications for organisations.

She is a Liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists (WCIT), and an experienced speaker and facilitator managing large and small events. Her published books include: Working the Crowd: Social Media Marketing for Business, and Digital Marketer, published by the British Computer Society, and available on Amazon.

Dr Debra Paul
Debra Paul is the Managing Director of Assist Knowledge Development Ltd, a training and consultancy company specialising in business analysis and business architecture. Debra co-authored the publications, Business Analysis, Agile and Business Analysis, Business Analysis Techniques and Delivering Business Analysis. Debra conducted doctoral research into the role of the business analyst and developed the Business Analysis Service Framework.

Debra is a regular speaker at business seminars and IS industry events. She has been a keynote presenter at business analysis conferences, delivering presentations such as 'Business Analysis: The Third Wave' and 'Business Analysis: relevance and recognition'. Debra is a founder member of the BA Manager Forum, a networking organisation for senior BAs and BA managers and was the chief architect of the BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis.
