Speaker: Nicola Darke

Every generation thinks it lives through a period of change like no other. With the advent of automation and AI we seek exciting new change across industry, consumer experience and the future of work. But in order for us ever to change meaningfully and for the better, Nicola Darke argues we need to turn inward and reacquaint ourselves with our own innate ability to change, what it means to be human and exist in the world today. This requires us to slow down and reconnect to our potential.

She believes it's time for a paradigm shift in how we operate at both a personal and organisational level, regularly speaking and blogging on this. She draws on her experience as a personal change and wellness coach, teaching yoga, meditation and mindset at ONELDN, Lululemon, corporates and for individuals, and, with ten years in the tech industry, recently directed customer success at innovation management software company Wazoku, helping organisations create and embed successful innovation programmes.

Nicola is an innovation expert with a beginners mind. Through her work on movement and mindset, she touches on some methods to help us tap into our personal power for change, growth and self actualisation. Higher state of consciousness, higher state of business.
