With 17+ years’ experience in loyalty marketing, and developing data strategies. Experiences covering all areas of loyalty programme development, from concept development of the programme, (software) platform development, through to strategic development of the programme post launch. Experience in developing strategies and programmes for member acquisition, membership retention, along with programme partnership development and implementation.
That's a pretty significant jargon sandwich, and that a sense of humour is important!
