Peter Bromiley has kindly agreed to cast light into the dark shadows of IR35 and the new “rules” from next April, for the illumination of those likely to be affected.
Peter’s talk will cover:
1. The background to IR35 telling of the history and giving the context to show how we get from an Inland Revenue press release in 1999 to here and now;
2. An explanation of what the proposed new rules are – how they will be applied; what it all means for freelance contractors;
3. What freelance contractors can do, and should be doing, to protect themselves as best they can.

Peter has been a Director of AMS Accountancy Ltd since 2001.
Over the past 5 years or so, Peter has written articles that appear in the local press for small businesse.
