He is the Director of Agile and Lean Enterprise Transformation, Master Certified Trainer (SAFe-SPC) & Coach for product, project and service teams. Being an advisor, coach and mentor to various international start-ups, SMBs, and to some of the largest global enterprises, Naveed is an expert in strategic culture change, continuous improvement mindset, executive leadership & delivery team collaboration with hands-on practical coaching. Ali Hasnain - is a Senior Partner in Xecofy and the CEO of DealSmash, a data analytics company. He brings over 19 years of experience in business development, strategy and execution in IT, Telecom, Mobile and Retail industries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to starting his own venture, Ali worked as a consultant with Vodafone UK on their Strategy and Business Development team, where he engaged in the delivery of business-critical, complex multi-million pounds projects and programs.
