User research session: Membership research

We’d appreciate your help in evaluating the usability of our website, focusing on the Membership website experience.

What to expect:

  • This session will last approximately 30 minutes.
  • We will ask you to review pages within our website.
  • We may ask follow-up questions to better understand your thoughts.
  • Your responses will remain confidential and will only be used for product improvement.
  • We are testing the usability of the design not you, all feedback is warmly welcomed.
