Member Group Elections to Council for 2025-2028
The nominees for election to the BCS Council from Member Groups’ constituencies has been announced.
BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, plays a critical part in supporting IT professionalism and the role of technology in society. Having an influential, vibrant IT profession with the necessary skills and capacity is essential for the UK’s future economic and social well-being.
As part of BCS’ aim to improve equity, diversity and inclusion within the profession, we welcome applications from all members interested in joining the Council.
Being a Member of the Council is an opportunity to help lead and shape the profession for the future.
We will publish the candidate’s statements before the commencement of voting by Member Groups, which will take place in February.
The eligible electorate in the constituencies below will be communicated with separately from the election communication sent to professional members.
We will announce the results at BCS AGM on Wednesday, 12 March 2025.
