Sam De Silva
Sam is Partner at CMS and is the legal advisor on data, technology and outsourcing projects. Sam makes it his mission to dispel myths and educate other IT professionals to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Wendy Dearing
Wendy is a FEDIP Leading Practitioner and Head of Workforce and Organisational Development for NHS Wales Informatics Service, and is passionate about professionalising informatics. She thinks BCS can be pivotal in achieving that goal.
Kylie Fowler
Kylie is a volunteer with a passion for events and community. She works as an independent consultant and event organiser for the Service Management & IT Asset Management Group.
Rebecca George
Rebecca George CBE FBCS enjoys a successful and influential position with Deloitte. She is committed to helping BCS achieve its mission of making IT good for society.
Soheir Ghallab
Soheir is Chair of the BCS Business Change Specialist Group and Committee Member for multiple BCS groups, including BCSWomen and the Entrepreneur SG.
Carol Long
Carol is part of the corporate governance structure at BCS and sits on the Risk Audit and Finance Committee. She is completing a year as Vice Chair of Council and also Chairs the Quality Specialist Group.

Sharon Moore MBE CITP FBCS is the Chief Technology Officer for Public Sector at IBM. Deputy Chair and BCSWomen Committee member for Scotland, She advises the Cabinet Office on how automation can make a big difference.
Rachel Steenson
Rachel is a Past Chair of BCS Northern Ireland Branch. She is a firm believer in diversity and is keen to encourage young people to consider our industry when considering their career choices.
